Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S IV at a global press event in New York City on Thursday. While we’re already expecting at least a quad-core processor and a 4.99-inch screen, Bloomberg is piping in with comments from its own sources. Those people said that Samsung’s U.S. Galaxy S IV will launch with a quad-core processor provided by Qualcomm, instead of the eight-core Exynos Octa chip that will launch on international variations of the smartphone.

The news outlet also said it has confirmed the 5-inch display, and we expect that’s simply rounding up the 4.99-inch measurement that we’ve heard so frequently in the past. Other reportedly confirmed features include a 13-megapixel camera and the much talked about eye-scrolling feature. Bloomberg said it won’t allow you to scroll through websites, however, and can instead be used for pausing videos and other smaller tasks.
